    Well I got the hood today and I had to run home to see it. I opened the box to take a look and you guys are right, the finish looks excellent. I can't wait to throw it on this afternoon. I'll take some pics and post'em.

    Thanks! This is the hood that should be delivered today. I guess having the top of the fenders blended is not so bad since I have a scratch on one of them. So it just bolted up? I keep asking because my luck is that something stupid is going to happen and it won't fit. :)

    What do I look for when buying a 99-02 GT?

    I have a 2000 GT vert that I raced as soon as I got it with zero mods. My best at that time was 15.135 to a 15.35 or so. I'll have to check my slips. After mods I am in the low 14's and plan on being in the 13's this summer. All I can say is that nothing beats a vert on a nice day.

    I would agree. The damn shaker still looks really cool, though. :) I also hated the Mach 1 guys looking at my car at the track like I was trying to fool people.
