    The only bad is.... I was scared of my car. It just pulls so hard now I was letting off on the big end. The last pass I let off about 100' before the finish line. I also have cobra brakes up front and stock size in the rear. It is scary trying to slow down from 130mph with the skinnies up front...

    How low can you go with high-flow injectors?

    The 60lbers will be fine with your setup. You will just have to have a tune to make it run right. My car drives like stock untill I get into it a little bit.

    My car just made 623rwhp through a C4 at 18psi. I would say it flows well. The most my car made with the stock intake was 600rwhp at 18psi with a 5-speed.

    Typhoon intake manifold Installed..

    The typhoon is junk. You should have got a refund. The PI intake is a good intake. These aftermarket intake are for when you have FI and need the extra airflow. For a bolton car the PI works great and is hard to beat. My car made 600rwhp with the stock PI intake.

    The dyno just doesn't show what the car is making with a nonlocking converter. You need to add like 115 to my #s and that is what it would have made with a 5-speed.

    Here is a short video that shows how my car spools the 60's up. I go wot at 3000rpm in 2nd gear and let out at 18psi. I can't believe how long it takes to spool up, maybe I should get a different blower setup.

    With 20psi it blew out the lower gasket. You can read more about the typhoon on modularfords.com. With the turbos I didn't notice any difference. I now have the new HPS intake and it was heavily ported.

    I was only running it to the 1/8 because it needs to be tuned with the new turbos. I did drive the car to the track and was on non drag radials. My 60's were 2.05 on most of the passes. When I have my racing tireson. It 60's in the 1.60 range.

    Your problem is that you should not have bought the intake. This just proves again that the typhoon is junk. I did have one myself, but I didn't have any problems with the way it bolted on.

    I think you will find it hard to find a NEW teksid block. I've read the new aluminum blocks are stronger than the teksid.
