    thanks UK5oh... sent u a pm. my ship agent collects car from dealer (transporter) insures it, ships it (21 days approx door 2 door) and handles all paperwork and payments incl duty & Vat. i now only need to get it thru' SVA type test thing....which should be £300 approx thru a no of willing...

    my personal preference is always manual on a sports car. but americans - as far as Brits understand - always prefer auto regardless of type of car..... but ...will a 2005 american muscle car be preferred in the UK as an auto or as a manual? that's what i'm keen to find out

    After trawling through this site's various contributions - i found one that told me to "build your own car" on the Ford main website....and that will lead me to locate which dealers have got any stock of the car i want.... Net result being i located a Redfire metallic & Black Lthr, 2005...
