    Is a driveline a normal wear item? My first instinct is no, but the dealer is telling me that it is and they cannot replace it. Any thoughts?

    I dont think that it is that extreme. I had it dyno'd and it put out 440 hp. The pulley has been changed to. But again, what am I to do? Battle the warranty company when they won't replace something?

    Yes, I bought te warranty seperate but that still is not the issue. Wat if the warranty company refuses to fix my issues because of the solid? When I bring it in because I snapped off one of the axles, for some non-racing issue, they replace it with a 2003 GTs? This just doesnt make sense to me...

    That was the last thing that I thought of looking for... I noticed a clutch problem and had them replace it but cats arent one thing I was looking for. As for the solid rear axle, I dont know, I didnt notice it.

    I bought my 03 Cobra in July last year without knowing that they sold it to me without catalytic converters. In order to pass emissions in my state this are absolutley nessacary (Illinois). Is this legal and can I sue them if they refused to put cats on it? Also, I jacked up the car today...

    Ok, so it is 3in across. Hmmmm.....I would say thats not stock. I wonder how much hp I am pushing out then with full exhaust and that pully.

    Is the s/c belt/pulley cover stock? If not why I dont I have one and if I don't how do I tell if my pulley has been modded? I just bought my car and I thought it was stock.

    Well I want it to be enforced in my case. I bought my car yesterday should I just go back and tell them to fix it so I can pass chicago emissions? I bought out in the country.
