    Header Question

    If your talking about the Stage 8 then put them on during install. I asked them the same question when I used them the first time. Stage 8 also said there should be no need to retorque.

    FWIW NAPA does indeed sell a relay/solenoid with longer terminals. They are about an inch compared to half inch stock.

    Anyone relaced the seal on the side of the AOD where the shift linkage connects? If you have what dose it entail? My manual doesn't have anything on it. I knew I should have look at it when I had the trans out.

    Make sure you check the welds for pin holes. Mine had some that I had to weld up.

    Power Steering fluid...best kind?

    Just use type F. Make sure you flush the system good and don't let the level go below the filler tube neck. They don't last long when you start to run them low/empty.

    Can someone give me the exact dimensions of your stainless caliper bushings i.e length, width, height, i.d., o.d. A drawing would be even better.

    Fuel Pressure

    It shouldn't be 60 psi at idle. Pull the vacuum off of it and set it between 36-44psi. For a mostly stock motor don't go any higher.

    I believe myroc is talking about wot. Did you adjust your TV cable after installing the convertor. The TV cable controls part throttle shift points.

    Well I just put in my PA Performance starter and had to move the starter positive over. Now I only have the #12 wire, for the solenoid on the load side and every thing else on the line side. Actually I have the starter + going to the battery because there is no more room.
