    shouldnt i order a gasket kit? what other gaskets will i need to replace other than intake (i hate buying new edelbrock gaskets everytime i take that damn thing off)?

    yea afm pipe, i had that junk plastic one, i forget what brand, but i couldnt get it to fit so i bought the expensive one...then hit 13psi

    well i have a jegs store 20 minnutes away so i usualy go with them.....It blew because im running 13 psi on a 6-8 psi tune...so i dont feel so bad for myself, i got away with it for about a year and then it went. Are the studs that much better, or is it just for ease of installation? And anyone...

    Blown head gasket...ive finally left the denial stage and entered into acceptance. I had a milkshake oilchange, buring oil in the exhaust, and blew my radiator out and replaced it and its spewing exhaust. Questions now...is the Felpro gasket/bolt set from advance auto a good replacement? Is it...

    i thought about it for a second, and realized that it is more than likely the same as the other bolt sizes (i.e. intake bolts) which is 15/16-18...so problem solved.

    I cant figure out what bolt size the smog tube (back of head) mounting bolts are, ford gave me a part number, but it was discontinued and he couldnt tell me the size...Anyone know? thanks a lot!

    Its the larger hole, but if i remember correctly isnt there only 1 small hole, so if i were to make a plate it wouldnt seal all the way, but good idea..(anyone know what size the small bolt is?) BTW i thought that the big hole bolt was a 14x1.25?

    Vert top motor/pump dead...Replacement questions....

    Well theres power to it and it does nothing, so im assuming its dead. Is this thing going to leak fluid when i disconnect the 2 lines that run to it? and then how do i bleed the system after i install a new one (If i can find anyone that sells new pumps, any suggestions?)     why is it so difficult to install a teflon seal? Anyways, is this a seal like a grease seal for wheel bearings (like that type of seal?)

    i have taken care of the pcv problem, i had a decent sized post about it about a month ago and i think i have it all taken care of (still waiting on checkvalve to come from napa)...the worst part about taking my tranny out is taking off the exhaust ( rusty manifold/header bolts suck)
