    Hanging Idle , How do I cure it?

    I know the 94-95 cars idle high for a little while then come down. Sometimes on long trips my car idles at 2000-2200 rpm (cruise rpm). How can I stop this? Do I have a bad sensor some where?

    I am looking for some advise on what pulug I should be running? I have around 9.2 compression no gas with gt-40 x heads. What do you guys think? I currently run a ngk tr-5 is this plug ok ?

    No,I want to run 1/4. I have worked on a fox body that was running 9.80's on morroso trick springs and full upr arms and anti-roll bar. Should I stick with what I know will work?

    What does everyone that uses these springs think of them? How fast do you run? I want to run 9.50's or better on a stock style spring setup. Of coarse im changing the upper and lower control arms. I want a really good spring that works.

    3.8 & 5.0 aod have diff bolt pattern right?

    This is in a 1986 3.8 car so you should be the man in this case. You say the stock trany is a c4?

    I have a baby c6 I want to go through and build. How much slower will it be vs a c4 in the same car? What is the diff as far as parts in a reg c6?

    Car backfires when shifting.

    Dyno (wide band) looks good,13.2 . I have no smog pump. I got the backfire while I was on the dyno a few times but not as loud. The guys that burnt my chip did not turn off my egr. Will this have anything to do with it? I moved the timing and f/p all over. I found 10 more hp over the...

    Cced the heads to night and they havent been shaved they were 60 cc's. What kind of hp increase do you think I'll see? Should this hepl tq too?

    Car backfires when shifting.

    Just making sure the IAT sensor is screwed into my cold air intake right? That was cleaned & the mass air meter. Ith IAT was pretty dirty. Hard to tell on the mass air. I cleaned both with a q-tip.

    High idle after long drive?

    After a long trip it idles at cruise rpm for at least 10 min. I cut it off while driving on a strait away. That makes it seem to die sooner. I have never let it just stay at high idle long enough to see if it cuts off on its own.
