    The dog bone is the balance weight on the rear end. It doesn't really do anything. I took mine off the 83, and notice no ill effects. It bolts on to the front of the pumpkin.

    I'm with everyone else. Springs control ride height, not shocks/struts. All they do is control the springs from bouncing up and down out of control when you hit a bump.

    Usually they tend to leak and/or give you nutty fuel pressure. Get a gauge and see if your pressure is correct.

    I ran a Torker II 302 on my AFR/Big Comp Cams... Thing was a beast past 3500... Pulled haaaaaaaaard! Check it out, most people don't look at them. It was a good intake for me! And post #1000! Thank you, and I'm goin' to bed! lol
