    Performance upper control arm bushings

My shaft has rubber bushings that it rides on. I was thinking this might be a cougar specific issue, but I looked it up in the moog catalog and they have an exploed diagram with rubber bushing on that shaft for mustangs too

    Performance upper control arm bushings

Does anyone make Polyurethane or Urethane bushings for the upper control arm for 67 mustang/cougar? Despite what the Summit racing website says Prothane and Energy Suspension doesn’t make them I really really don’t want to replace it with factory low duramiter junky rubber bushings. If...

    girl needing electrical help :(

If your junkyard savy and not looking to upgrade the brakes too much, you can do one pretty cheap. here is some stuff to read: http://mjbobbitt.home.comcast.net/mustang/5lug.html http://mjbobbitt.home.comcast.net/ If you want to buy rebuit/new parts from auto stores like napa you can...

    Increase CR with head gasket?

Yes, but it is far more important to nail down your quench clearance. If too tight piston hits cyln head, if too loose engine doesn't make any power, and runs like crap. I always pick my head gaskets to get the the quench clearance I am after

    Non ricer gauge pods

There doesn't seem to be any that go in the center vents that fit 2 1/16th gauges, otherwise I would have probibly bought one by now. the speed of sound one doesn't look too bad, when is that availble? Too bad they really don't have anything for a third gauge though.

    Non ricer gauge pods

I am looking for a decent looking gauge pod that can hold three 2 1/16th gauges for my 88 LX. The triple gauge A-pillar ones walk that tacky line a little too closely for my taste, does any one has some other ones they like? Florida 5.0 used to make one that was sweet and mounted to the dash...

Are all Ford 8.8 3.73 gears the same?

Yeah I have 3.55's out of my sisters bronco in my 88 lx. I get gear sets out of the local pull a part for 15 bucks, everything from 2.73,3.08,3.27,3.55,3.55,3.73, and even some 4.10's show up on the exploders with tow packages. you can also use their carier for a 31 spline conversion (just...
