    I'm pretty sure the V6 flywheel won't have the correct balance for the 302, so you will need to use the V8 flywheel. The problem is your V6 bellhousing may not fit around the V8 flywheel.

    Idle sounds high in the video but it's around 800-850. Maybe it is a little high. The driver's side engine mount is about 2 years old with probably 1000 miles on it. Passenger side is older but not split. The tranny mount is a different story though. It's definitely split..I haven't fixed it...

    Well, I ordered mine from Flatlander Racing. These aren't a normally stocked part (no surprise), but Flatlander called RAM and apparently they can make them up in about 3 days. There must be something with the pressure plate that is specific to the II?

    I know...it's a little ironic that I still haven't used my T5 crossmember yet. The T5 was supposed to go in a long time ago but plans changed. Since the RAD4 wasn't dead yet I decided to focus on the motor first.

    Yeah, I've got pedestal style roller rockers and I checked each one individually and shimmed them to get approx 1/2 turn lifter preload (around .040 I think). I get 14" steady vacuum at idle too, so that's good to know. I was thinking vacuum leak too...could be, I will poke around some more.
