    just got my 3.73 gears

    for what it's worth, I know different engine... but I had a '97 GT that I switched from 2.73 to 3.73 and it was a complete night and day difference, best thing I had ever did... I now have a 5.0 and am considering 4.10's (anyone here with fox's have 4.10's?)

    exactly. most all my family are police officers, so I understand cops pretty well, and I also know that the cop is not always right, they are human and make mistakes just like everyone else! really sucks an innocent bystander dies, and minor scrapes to the "at fault" person! :bang:

    hey! I'm going to be fixing a small timing cover leak, and since I had the timing cover off, I was thinking maybe a gear drive, since I will be right there... anyone have one? any videos or anything of them? I hear they sound pretty cool and last better than a chain! thanks!

    looks cool.... I guess might be too big for my application.... with a lift-off hood, how do they attach in the back???? I know hood pins in the front... I see they are a lot cheaper than a bolt-on.... like half.

    you are right. I will agree that what you say makes sense... and for that, perhaps the 6" would be too overkill. I'd still like to do a cowl hood, since I really like the way they look... my eventual intent is to get big tires for the back, and skinnies on the front, cause I like the "drag" look...

    thank you for the reply, the car has 60,000 miles... and I don't believe it's the a/c, it's a ticking that goes with the rpm of the engine.... I cant hear the noise from 1,000 RPM to 3,000, but hear it 3,000 and up, and I hear it idling (I hear it at idle the most) thanks for the help...
