    Dont bother with the port and polish, it wont add more than 10-15 as opposed to regular PI heads...unless you are gonna run a power adder in the future. A better investment would be stock PI heads, a VT stage 2 cam, and some LT's. All that together will still be cheaper than a port and polish...

    how hot does your car run?

    Not that hot, never over 105 degrees, but the main reason I posted that is so everyone knows, that stock gauge doesnt do anything...my temp went from 180-240 one day on my autometer gauge, and my stock gauge didnt budge, if you think you are getting at all accurate temps from the stock one...

    my autometer gauge reads around 200-210 constant during the summer...thats with a 50/50 mix and water wetter....without the water wetter, my car was approaching 250 in july Either way, the stock gauge always reads the exact same from 180-250...so dont trust that thing

    Any 96-98 GT convert owners running ford c springs?

    I have c springs in my 98 vert and yeah, i bottom out a lot, mostly right in the middle on the k member. If I drive slow over speed bumps and ups-and-downs in the road then its not a problem. However, dirt roads around my house, lets just say its not pretty if i am going more than 5 mph

    I could be wrong but i think all autometer pods (2 1/16 at least) are 194 bulbs, which means you can get the varad led bulbs in whatever color you want from www.sounddomain.com

    Nitrous Purge Question

    I think the difference in the purge, whether its a big cloud or a thin strip of smoke will greatly depend on the bottle pressure and bottle temperature....bigger pressure would make a bigger cloud. Hope that helps.

    PI head swap, too strong?

    It should be fine, I mean, it would probably make the engine a lot better too. Think about it, you are replacing a lot of your gaskets, cleaning up the pistons when the heads are off, new intake, new heads all these things will only make the engine more reliable.
