    Opinions on C&L 95mm CAI

I like the look of this C&L intake, is it worth the money or would you go for something else? C&L 95mm Racer Package Brenspeed has them for $599

    18" CS wheels??

Anyone know the width of the option 18" polished Bullet alloys available with the CS package or optional on GT's? Would they be ok to run 275 or 285 width tyres? :nice: :nice:

Road & Track tests the 2008 Shelby Super Snake

On ething these mags do highlight though is that some of these less than brilliant ET's are more reprosentative of what most of "Jo" Pulic are likely to see. We all know a Terminator is way quicker than a STi but in the hands of a novice the STI is probably easy to get quicker off the line...

    H pipes

ok that makes more sense. Anyone know of any catted H pipes or ones that fit to the standard cats like the Mac Pro Chamber?

    H pipes

    H pipes

Couple of Q's 1. Where can you get Pypes H pipes from? I can't see them on their website: http://www.pypesexhaust.com/sys-mustang2.html 2. Who makes catted H pipes for the GT? Sadly in the UK I would not get away without running CATS. Cheers. :nice:

350 RWHP, Is it possible with bolt ons alone?

Ok, could you provide more info on this then please along with a Dyno graph or two so as to substantiate the claims? BTW - 340rwhp technically isn't 350rwhp :D If you say so  Why? What part was crap, if you don't want me to post it, you need to be more helpful and point out...

350 RWHP, Is it possible with bolt ons alone?

A Ford 4.6 won't make that kind of power with bolt ons. Not even close. Infact to get a genuine 350rwhp (not a Dynojet or STD figures) it'll take a LOT to make it n/a at all and a whole heap of $$$$$$$$$. A few bolt ons and a 100 shot of nitrous will see you at or over 400rwhp for far less...

    I cant decide!!!!!

While I'm sure the V6 Mustang is a fine car and I don't have anything personal against it. I do feel its a bit like buying alcohol free beer. If you want a muscle car buy one with muscle - GT all the way. :D The only advantage a V6 has is initial purchase price. However it...

So which seems to be the preferred blower - Whipple or Kenne Bell?

I'm interested in both of these kits and was just wanting to see what the general consensus was on the best or most popular out of the two. I'm reasonably well aware of the technology behind them and have already ruled out any form of turbocharger, centrifugal supercharger or roots based...

Camaro vs New GT vs Terminator vs New Wrangler

Thanks for the info. I know the s197's can run well I've driven an auto one before, but sales guys don't like you testing the car at 140mph+ I suspect that on a good roll race the z/28 would still have the legs on the Stang, but keeping the speed below 100mph I suspect would play to...

Camaro vs New GT vs Terminator vs New Wrangler

Cheers for the info its much appreciated :) So having owned both LS1 and a s197 how do you reckon they compare in terms of on road performance? Example, when I went down to the Goodwood Revival back in September I got the opportunity to race a new baby Aston Martin V8 Vantage. We went...

Camaro vs New GT vs Terminator vs New Wrangler

A lot, in fact waaaay too much :notnice: But that's because of the exchange rate, it works good $ to £ but no the other way round. At present the US$ is very weak against the £ (Sterling) running at about $2 for every £1 So a MSRP of $33,260 is only £16,630 :nice: But sadly :( You...

    Look at my dyno numbers

best bet is to open an account at somewhere like www.photobucket.com (its free :D ) Then you can upload the pic. They even give you the correct URL and tags to cut and past into the text box on the forum. image close tag Just add the wed address of the pic in between them.

    Need help with color choice

I agree colour is subjective. For me the number ONE colour as always been Screaming Yellow Clearcoat and I am quite devastated that its no longer available now that I am in a better position to look at buying a new Stang. Torch Red is funky and IMO suits such a performance car. Possible...

Camaro vs New GT vs Terminator vs New Wrangler

What would you do? Ok here’s a dilemma I’ve been pondering for several months. Basically I’m itching to spend some money on a new vehicle or setup but don’t know what to do. Currently I have a 2000 Ls1 Camaro z/28 auto. Pretty stock just running a few bolts ons (exhaust and handling...

    Prochamber question

I'll be honest I don't know anything about the OEM cats on the s197's. However I'd be suprised if they do flow great. Most OEM ones don't, not even close. OEM then to be ceramic core CATS which can flow ok if they are 3" inlet/outlet with a suitable core size, but these will still be...

    Prochamber question

I've not seen this setup but I've always been very impressed with what I've seen on the sn95 Stangs. Also in the Fbody camp a chamber design has proven to be more efficent than either H or X pipes in tests when correctly configured. If you're after performance though, I'd probably consider...

Excuse the ignorance, but what does a Shelby GT offer over a regular GT?
