    I hate to revive an old thread, but my timing cover lacks that bolt hole. I put PS back onto my car and had to get a new timing cover that does not have that bolt hole. Any other suggestions of where to attach the ground wire?

    Just ran the codes, they are 24 Air Temp OOR, 31 EGR OOR, and 85 Canister Purge circuit. I am ignoring the 85 cause my car doesnt have a vapor canister anymore, Ive searched a little and would like to know if I could get this code to clear somehow.

    I'll do that tonight... I did it a couple weeks ago since the CEL stays on all the time, it was one for ECT out of range, vapor canister solenoid out of range, EGR out of range, but I will nail them down tonight.

    Does anyone have any ideas, I was under the assumption after looking at the wiring diagrams that the saftey switch only prevented the ignition from working and would not make the car shut off if it were bad. :bang:

    93 coupe power lock problem

    I had one solenoid frozen on mine and it would not allow the other one to work. You can try to disconnect one and see if the other one works. One easy check is if you can lock the doors, mine was frozen so bad I could not lock the drivers door.

    Battery Drain

    I was able to disconnect the gauge last night and took some readings. I think my DMM is messed up, but the initial reading was 2.5A before I disconnected my gauge, and was 460mA after disconnecting the gauge. I'm going to get another meter to verify this.

    :lol: I have a 331 setup right now, but only an E-Cam and svo heads. I would like to daily drive mine, but I have some charging issues and not so hot fuel mileage. I agree with everyone though, if its build right, DDing a stroker should be fine.

    That is for the auto transmission cooler lines. It is not a problem in a manual to not have anything plugged into these.
