    once you see the gap guage you'll understand, or get someone at the parts store to show you real fast. basicly the gap is the distance between the ground strap and the electrode, you want that to be at .054'' on a stock 5.0

    i'd expect the rich condition without a custom chip or tweecer, i went from 250-something rwhp on the first dyno pull to 280rwhp from just adjusting the air/fuel with the SCT chip. you could try backing the fuel pressure off a couple of psi though

    very interesting question, i'd think the sn95 would be more aero but i'd like to know if it would be enough to even make a differance at anything less that 150mph

    Valve float problem

    this is deffinatly detonation/pinging, not valve float. get an aftermarket temp guage to see how hot your running and check you timing, back it up to 10btdc and see if it still does it

    IM gonna need a new clutch!!!

    when i had my t-5 rebuilt i used a spec clutch and i believe that is the reason it only lasted for about 5000miles, because the "grabby" clutch shocks the drivetrain too hard when you drop it, and its no fun on the street. i have a dual-friction Zoom clutch from Powered By Ford in with my tk600...

    if its not the coil and not the TFI and theres power going to the coil then it is most likely the PIP, its pretty common to go out

    i actually get better gas mileage now than before the H/C/I, i mostly credit that to a dyno tune and custom chip but that would be recommended with a supercharger or H/C/I

    shouldnt have had to cut the floor to make it fit, mine fit perfect. i used a steeda d/s spacer and i wouldnt try to make one because if its not perfect your going to get a vibration. Nate, reply sent

    check your rear sway bar, mine cracked right where the bolt goes through on one side and would rattle only when i accelerated hard. from what i've heard its common for them to break

    as long as the engine mounts are good and the speed bumps arnt too tall your fine. just have to pay a little more attention
