    Your line could be kinked or clogged. Id say you might be correct, the more fuel you move the more it will create vapors. I would think that the more fuel you keep in tank the less you will smell it. Who knows..... I have similar experience. One car had gas vapor smell the other one didnt. My 87...

    I would not do that. IIRC: The original system worked under pressure from the tank with a solenoid that would open to relieve the pressure and run it through the charcoal box to eliminate the smell. I hesitated to go to vacuum route because I worried about pulling vacuum on the fuel tank and...
