    idle problems!!

    the car normally idles at like 1000 rpm's but here lately hit will hit like about 1400 and then drop back down. i will also do it on the highway. ill be driving and it will jump up about 300 rpm's out of know where. thanks or your time guys.

    could be your o2 sensors, a bad plug, or a bad or cloged fuel injector. i would try to change the fuel filter ( its cheap and it could be the problem).

    there is a wire going from either your distributor of mass air meter i cant remember which. it goes to your computer and your computer will try to adjust your timing. there is an inline fuse looking thing called a spout. pull it out. i makes it so your computer can no longer adjust your timing...

    i have a friend with a efi 351w in his 95' he has the cobra r hood and has no problems at all. lucky for me i went carb and it fits under the stock hood.

    i mean from stock 351 timing. do i need to advance or retard it or what. i think since the stroke is longer its going to take longer for the piston to go down so wouldnt i need to retard it?
