    To anyone I suggested using an RTV coated bolt in the dipstick hole..............

    Another solution is to do what Ford did and put a cup plug in the hole if it is not going to be used for the dip stick. They sell them at NAPA for about $1 under Clevite P/N 219-2185 Tim

    I thought about going to solid mounts but went instead with a torque link kit and poly motor mounts. I'm not sure of the long term outcome of making something rigid that was never designed to be. Block plates maybe a better way to go since you have a lot more surface area to bolt onto.

    I got the B&M hammer shifter in my Fox and now I know why they call it a hammer shifter because I would like to take a hammer to it. (POS) It is a very sloppy shifter. It will be replaced after only one season with a more precise Hurst Quarter shifter.
