    welcome to the world of cheap aftermarket parts.. sucks, doesn't it? just play around with the adjustment to get the alignment as best as possible.. and maybe upgrade bulbs?.. i dunno, it will never be as good as flawless factory ones, i think.

    you are probably looking at the timing advance thing. There should be a little chip thing plugged into it, and its loose otherwise. i dont know exactly what its called.

    i thought the neutral safety switch worked off the clutch pedal. it will start in any gear or Neutral ONLY if the clutch pedal is pressed

    when you pull the head off, the left-over water in the water jackets leak into the exposed cylinders as you are phyisically lifting the head off.
