Installing a Kugel IRS on the 99-04

It's for a show car......money well spent if that's what turns your crank based on your perspective.....I shouldn't have bought a Stang in the first place...since I don't flog it on the race track thanks for your help

Installing a Kugel IRS on the 99-04

anyone here ever done this? I know the 03/04 Cobra IRS is a relatively easy swap, with little fabrication but being a bling freak...I gotta know if the Kugel piece is doable without major fabrication. usually see the Kugel set-up on full frame rods.....wondering if anyone has ever done...

    Anyone have custom interior stuff?

I've done some of the "typical" stuff....but went a slightly different route. my car is black with a dark charcoal int....so I did the panels in gloss black....it makes the interior pop...but it's still subtle swapped most of the knobs for billet...and went for Autometer Lunar...

    Redline Tuning Hood-Struts

been googling around looking at the MRT ones now :bang: aside from the no-drilling aspect....there does appear to be one major benefit (for me anyway) lots of clearance....they're literally tucked right back at the base of the hood when it's up from a detailing perspective, it looks to...

can you guys clear some fuel pump info up for me?

03/04 Cobra set up = 2 pumps in the basket in a baffled tank GT = 1 pump in the basket in a non-baffled tank I believe the tanks and baskets are interchangeable if fuel is important with your set up, and it is...get the baffled tank....with under 1/4 tank in the GT, fuel can slosh around...

    newbie with supercharger question

FWIW....my 1.7l KB non-cooled 6psi with a Steeda CAI...KB 70mmTB...90mm MAF....Granetelli coil packs....and custom fuel set up with CPR rails - #8 ss line to a Cobra tank with pumps put down 348rwhp at 6000 rpms.....on a super-safe custom tune by Paul Meister (it is tuned for 94...

    newbie with supercharger question

    I wouldn't spin a 1.7l with a 14psi pulley.....at 14psi the blower is hitting over 17,000 rpms too much.....you'll wear the lung out

steering shaft just SNAPPED WTF !!!!

that sux dude FWIW...we swapped my steering rack and shaft out in 2005 for a Flaming River set up.....and the steering wheel was never removed to swap the shaft

    newbie with supercharger question

they will make that kind of power with a 14psi pulley crazy on a stock bottom end.....not to mention 14psi is spinning that blower right at it's limit

    2 valve, valvecovers?

nobody makes a pretty replacement master-cylinder for the modern Stang....so...the stocker is cast aluminum which means you can polish it up:shrug: got an aluminum fabricator working on a little plan for that brake fluid reservoir as well and a few other little things....minor details...
