    Edelbrock vs. Ford Racing Supercharger

Thanks for the info. They both look like good kits. The Edelbrock installation instructions looks like there's a bit of wire splicing and cutting/grinding, no big deal, but I'm still looking for the Ford Racing instructions to compare. I would still like the option for me or the next owner...

    Edelbrock vs. Ford Racing Supercharger

I'm looking to add some reliable horsepower to my 2008 GT. Has anyone installed an Edelbrock E-Force supercharger on their GT? If so, what is your opinion? It doesn't have much boost but it claims to be very efficient and I'm sure the tune is conservative. Has anyone installed the Ford...

Awesomest thing I ever did!!!! NOT!

Holy Crap. It takes balls to post pictures of that and claim you did it. I wouldn't tell anyone, let alone post it on a public forum. :rlaugh:

    Disappointed in my paint

That is NOT normal. I have a 2008 with 35555 miles on it and with the exception of a few front bumper/hood chips the paint is solid. It must be a bad batch from Ford. I once had a 95 Nissan that had the most durable paint ever. I drove it for 10 years and it didn't have a chip, no shine...

05-09 Mustang Power Qtr Glass popout kit

Looks pretty cool in the video. Do they seal up well from the weather? I drove thru a freakin monsoon last weekend going to the NC coast and didn't have a drip. :nice: Also, can you just crack them, or is it just open or closed? BTW, you might want to include your web address in the post.

    Stage 1 vs Bullitt

You still looking for a Mustang?!! If it was my choice, I would buy the Bullitt. Like ct07gt said, the Roush Stage 1 is just an expensive trim level. Trade in that GTO. If the black Bullitt has been there that long you might get a great deal. What's the dealership name and location?

98 BAB Cobra with t56 No Speedo

What the heck is a BAB Cobra? I would be a little concerned about a 13 year old car with a non working speedo. Run a Carfax.

    Yet another SCT Tuner question

I would like to have traction control off by default and that's not an option under custom tunes.

    Yet another SCT Tuner question

This should be an easy question for you guys that frequent the forums. I'm not an idiot, but I'm not an expert... I have an SCT Tuner purchased from AM that has 3 custom tunes installed, it also has the "strategy tune" option on the menu. I can install (upload) the custom tunes, and...

New rebuild, protection for long storage?

Depends on where you store it. If it's outside you need to tend to that engine. If it's in a conditioned space (nice garage) don't worry about it.

    P0411 code and Seafoam question

I personally wouldn't use seafoam to try and fix a 15 year build up of carbon but if you want to... use the main PVC line on the driver's side. Chances are you'll need to clean/replace the IAC, EGR, and IMRC system.

    Myrtle Beach Mustang week

Hey Bill, Beautiful car... Red interior and a glass roof, DAAAAMN that's nice. Oh, and it has a 5.0 :nice: Where was the last picture taken. Was that the meet and greet? I go every year for a long weekend, don't go to the tracks, just around NMB. My only issue is it's too damn hot. Why...

Thinking about changing coolant in this way...would like comments

Wayne is exactly right. Make sure it isn't corrosive and still lubricates the water pump seal and bearing.

    Glasspack question

I can't see how it would be any louder at all, maybe even quieter. If you have stock cats and pipes most axle backs won't make it much louder unless you use muffler deletes.

    NEED HELP

I agree.. Sometimes even an A/C compressor can introduce a vibration thru the crank into the trans and cause it to rattle/knock. Make sure it's full of good lube and keep an eye on it. Don't tear in to it yet. :nice:

    Help me make a decision!

Sounds like you have money to burn so get whatever you like, no matter what we think. My opinion: I wouldn't buy a convertible as a daily driver.
