    I'm with you. :lol: If mine starts to make noise again I will just install a new quadrant and adjuster as well cause I've had the tob changed twice. I agree that there might be a flaw in design or bad oem parts coming from ford?

    "Waste of time", not sure what that means? You would rather drive around in your car making noticeable bearing noise that you can fix? My car was in service at 8a and out by 5p.     All the tires mentioned here are good tires. Depends on your budget and personal preference. I'm using nitto 555's and they perform just fine for me and so far they're wearing just fine.

    I drove my eibachs for 5-6 weeks before I realized the stock shocks weren't really valved right for the 1.5" drop. I put a set of mach 1 tokicos on and my ride definitely improved.

    I haven't seen any info indicating that any 99-04 gt's have 3.55's. The 05's will have 3.55's. As far as the info I've seen on 99 to 04, the only gt's with 3.55 gear ratios are the mach 1 and cobra.

    Gaps on the Mach 1 grille delete?

    I installed the same grill delete about a year ago and no problems. Call steeda and tell them about your dilemma. It should fit with no gaps...
