    get a 99 gt with no options(no leather, no traction control, no mach stereo, no auto). They all come with power windows locks and most have 17" rims. This is what I got for $9.5k, it needed tires. Or you might be able to get a 97 or 98 cobra for the same price.

    I've seen cams for 5-600, how much will it cost to get them installed, or how hard is it to install them yourself? Do you have to remove the engine?

I thought the steedas didnt have white at the bottom where all the dummy lights are, if that makes any sense.     1. they all produce the same hp(260) and torque(302), but the 99-00 have lower compression than 01+, some say they handle forced induction better the manual trans changed in 01 I believe from the t-45 to the t3650 there are some very minor differances in the interior, 01 up gets smoked...

    i think theyre worth it, I only paid 75 used so for 75 theyre a great deal, probably gained a few horses, ive seen dynos of 4-7rwhp for pullies. No charging issues yet like some ppl have had, I paid 60 to get mine installed b/c the air tools i tried to use were too cheap.

    I'm in the same situation as you, but I'm just gonna save until I have at least 600 so I can do it all once. Try checking ebay and the part trader you might be able to get used parts a lot cheaper(can probably get used c/c for like 80)
