    Dyno tune this Tuesday

    Check as many sensors as you can. I ended up having to replace a couple things on the dyno. I have a stock cobra intake with similar mods and put down 265/299 to the wheels. With the ported cobra intake, 300 should be about right.

    It really doesn't matter where they are made. What does matter is the origin of the metal. I work in the aerospace industry, and non-US supplied metal is crap. I also run the Comp Pro Magnum and love them.

    tmoss - lower intake is a stock cobra lower and does not match my 1250 gasket belzebub - GA tmc - i agree that a cobra intake could make lots of power, i just need to get the lower port matched to my heads?

    If you get the work done, ask them what they used. I am having the same problem, except mine does leak a small amount. I definately dont want to pay someone to do it. I just dont drive in the rain right now (drive a 4-banger to work n back heh)

    I am going to get dyno'd this weekend or next, I'll keep you posted on the results. I was bone stock before the H/C/I swap (which also included full exhaust, maf, injectors, t/b, pump, etc). It does rev like a beast now :D

    I run AFR 165s with Pro-Magnum 1.6RRs stud mounted. I chose to use Trick Flow's valve covers. When I installed the intake, I had to use a phenolic spacer and longer bolts (duh) to clear the valve covers. The stock ones just teeter tottered on the rockers. Hope this helps/gives you an idea of...

    I am running AFR 165s with my cobra intake. I had to install a spacer between upper/lower due to the valve covers I used though.

    Ideal tire size for a 17x8 wheel is a 245/45. For the 17x9, a 255/40 is the ideal size. 275s are ideally for 9.5s but will work on anything from a 9 to an 11. Hope this helps you out.

    I run Moser 31 splines with an Eaton posi. I think I got them from BB&T Racing as a package deal.
