    Qs about putting in a Cam??!!!??

    I have read in a few places that the 94-95 computers dont like cam swaps. Is this accurate? if it is, what would need to be done if i was to add a cam? Also, who makes somewhat affordable custom grinds?? thanks!! :D

    went to atco this evening with my 94 GT.... mods... CAI no catback (running open catted factory H w/ dumps) FMS 3:55 gears and I just got a set of 255/60R16 BFgoodrich G-Force T/As.... best of the night was a 14.2@97 mph with a 2.13 60' should get a bit better once i get some more...

    I can't belive I am asking this but.......

    you will probably lose, but not by all that much. Both engines are more or less the same power wise, despite the rating differences.....my 94 GT coupe weighed exactly 100 lbs heavier than my buddies 87 GT...similar options, neither verts.....so you guys are probably close. race and see....

    forgot to add, I also have a Pro-5.0 shifter..which helps. I weighed the car with me in it (about 160 lbs) and a half tank, and it was 3425lbs. next time im losing my rear seats and the front swaybar to see what I can do.
