    called up my local ford dealer and the guy couldn't seem to figure out what i was talking about, so anyone here know the part numbers for the brackets circled in red below. BTW, this is to swap an irs into a fox body. Thanks!

    yeah, that was the first thing I read. Unfortunately they didn't say much about ride quality and I belive they swapped it out eventually.

    thinking about picking up a cheap 5.0 convertible that was listed on craigslist about 2 min from my house. I have a 99 cobra IRS and sn95 spindles/cobra brakes which have been sitting around in my garage waiting to be put on my 69 mustang project (coming along very very very slowly... haha)...

    horrible fit and finish... look at the fender flares and gaps. They are horrible. The car gets a B+ for concept and a D for execution.

    I've seen it done by heating up the stock trim piece and then using a large socket to push the plastic out from behind to form a base for the tweeter. If done carefully it works very well.
