    I took one off a 96 V6 car (same rating as ours), installed the input shaft out of my factory 91 tranny into it and bolted it in with no problem. Ive never heard that they are different. Put your input shaft and bearing retainer and bolt that puppy in.

    Slight smell occasionally, not necessarily with heater on. Always thought it was just coming from outside. Thing is, antifreeze is showing up in my AC condenser drain under car. No wet carpet at all, no wet floorboard. Is it possible that the heater core leak could end up draining there...
