    What do I need to do to change from aod to t5? Are they different driveshaft lengths? So parts list..... T5 Clutch clutch cable firewall adjuster and quadrant - not necesary, but a good idea? clutch pedal assembly shifter what am I missing?

    d/s=driveshaft. If your car is lowered, it is better to have c/c (caster/camber) plates, this should cure your alignment problem.

    Shifting Without Clutch!

    Pull it out of gear without the clutch, then bring the rpm's up 600/700 rpm more, then apply apply pressure on the shifter when the rpm's have climbed. You can eventually start to round off your gears if you continually grind them.

    stab in the dark, but it could also be loose plugs... or perhaps a loose header? Just something to think about.

    Anything past stock and its a crap shoot. I've seen stock mustangs blow their tranny's and I've seen supercharged mustangs with stock tranny's last years. I've heard good things about the TKO 500/600 trannys. Look them up.

    you have to a) buy a new H/X pipe, or b) take ur H pipe off and smash the cats hollow with a hammer. The latter is cheaper. LOL.

    what to look for in a foxbody..

    get a notchback, they are sexy. Look for warped rear quarters/ broken/ abused torque boxes in the rear. These will tell you whether the car has been beaten. Rust, if tranny grinds. All the lil stuff like lights etc. Any weird noises from the engine. All the basic stuff.

    yes the front suspension parts will be compatable. Although the rear is slightly different. Someone please chime in here to elaborate.
