Hrm. The rings that slide up dont seem to be an issue with my setup, but I might just have not noticed it, next time I take the pipe off Ill have to check. The rings are a pretty good distance apart.
Thats a great idea! I should put some small Vs in mine. That will make the pipes crimp a little, right?
Care to give me a little bit of details, mine leaks like a mofo. It just looks like the ball on the H is just too big.
About 38 bucks a month for liability, but thats in a pretty wealthy neighborhood in CA and im 23.
I love these cars, everything about them is inexpensive. (Which is good and bad)
I agree. Im really interested in what Ford is doing with direct injection and turbos. It just doesnt sound like its gonna be remotely affordable. They are definitely going in the right direction though. Performance + Economy instead of GMs band-aid approach with Hybrid tech.
The booster would hiss really bad. I took it out and it was indeed busted. The seal was just gone.
As to adjust the pushrod, I just take the master cylinder off again and adjust the rod somehow? Im confused.
Also, like the others said, you dont have to re-bleed the brakes to change this!
All in all, it wasnt that bad! Took me about 1 1/2 hours without even removing the drivers seat.
The thing that made it all so easy was the wrench setup I used to reach the top bolts. The wrench was set like this. 3/8 Deep Socket -> 12" Extension -> Twirly coupler thing -> 12" Extension ->...
Sorry, its better to just ignore the trolls but I couldnt resist.
Anyhow, to keep this back on Topic. I actually dont care for the overweight pig that is the new Camaro, its just not "muscle" anymore. Foxs for life.
Im saying people need to throw away their blind fanboy-isms and appreciate cars for what they are.
Subaru, Mustang, Camaro, Vette, Cobra, Civic... Whatever. If its fast, its fast. I guess some people cant grasp that concept.
