    Nice pickup on the seats!! :nice: Straight forward on the install, like mentioned above direct swap. The back bolts can be a little tough to break loose, I used my torque wrench to give me some leverage to get them loose. Post pics once you get them in. Are they the same color as mine?

    I would take the IAC off and clean it with carb cleaner. I had a simliar problem over a year ago and cleaning the IAC fixed that..

    Those are actually the Motorcraft ones. OEM Ford pads are different. They are going to run you probably $80 for them. They are different than Motorcraft. The Motorcraft ones will probably be fine though. Hawks are good but too damn noisy IMO.

    MGW Owners!

    I was one of the first things I did and noticed a huge improvement over stock. I also drained and put in new trans fluid while I was doing the swap. It helped ease the dreaded 1-2 gear grind for those of us with 3650 trans.

    OEM pads have been the best for me. No noise, little brake dust, decent performance. I'm not talking Motorcraft either. OEM ford pads, they are different.
