    Yes they would come as a complete setup, Rims, Tires, Lug nuts, TPMS and all. as for the 94, I am new to the whole mustang world. Do you have 4 lugs or 5? I would not know how well they would fit.

    Yep clear coated. Do not use any cleaner on your wheels. I have learned from having many sets of rims...every cleaner will do its tole on the wheel. Warm water and soap only.

    I have a slight clink to when going slow, its a very very mild sound. I can usually only hear it when next to a wall/something that reflects noise. If it is my bands holding my TPMS down I'll throw a F'ing fit.

    Those DD Bullitts you are looking at will not support a big brake kit. I was initially looking at them as well, but for that reason; I did not go with them. I know some day I'll get bored with my setup and throw on new parts - big brake kit being one.
