    The power you're looking for is probably not going to happen on a stock block. You may have a glory block that lasts for a while, but it isn't safe at all. 500 crank horsepower is the general limit for the stock block. Now with a dart or R block, and matching internals, you can't do whatever...

    Is the car tuned? Are you running an FMU with the 30 lb'ers? How is the car tuned? Glad to hear it's running and it's fun. Just curious to see how you have it set up. P.S. Are you expecting more than 6 psi? I would think with a 9 psi pulley and a power pipe you'd see much more.

    Fresman in college, studying Mechanical Engineering. I work a summer job in a bakery inside of a upscale supermarket my best friend's family owns. It sucks a lot, but it pays for mods. Probably gonna do the life-guard thing this summer.

    Who else went? I thought it was alright. The late model stuff was pretty boring...a couple of cool cars. I was parked over with Orlando Mustang in the vendor section. I would give it a B- minus this year. It could have been better, but it also could have been much worse.

    Exactly. I only let very few people tell me what my car can and can't do, and what I do and don't need. Also, Ram360, age has nothing to do with it. I'm sure you know that, but just used age as an example for lack of knowledge.
