    I used an alt. relocation kit from moroso. I only have the water pump, crank, and alt. spinning and was able to do away with the tensioner. I had to get a standard rotation water pump but I like the way it looks. Alot cleaner without the tensioner

    You should be able to elongate the holes on the pulley and it will bolt up. I ran mine like that for awhile but the belt squealled. I bought the ribbed pulley from march.

    If it was me I wouldnt, unless you can find a machine shop to do it and take off equal amounts to each piston to keep them the same weight. I think your best bet would be ditch the heads. I know it sucks but there are deals to be had. Dont ruin a $400 set of pistons for a $100 set of heads.

    I would search around for different pistons. Check JE and probe they have some pretty big dishes. I will be just under 8:5 with an off the shelf JE and 60cc head. I think you would be asking for trouble, if its even possible to mess with the p's.

    I have the ssp clutch that I got from 5.0 resto. Car stays at around 190 with an s-trim in traffic. Yes it can be done in a parking lot. Very easy to do.

    Is it getting hot real quick? Check plug wires, make sure your on TDC. Mine did as described when I was 180 out even though I swore I wasn't. Check, then check again, then one more time.
