    If you're keeping your cats, I'd say don't bother. I didn't notice any performance gain when I removed mine (which I did because I removed the cats)

    Getting the new ones in is no problem at all. Since they're a lot shorter they just slide in. Then you jack up on the a-arm until you can get the strut bolts in. Once it's seated properly in the bottom of the a-arm it won't pop out as your jacking it up. Good luck.. keep the questions coming!
