    351M motor, rebuild or replace?

    If its a 351M, then turn and run. POS motors. Go find yourself a nice 351C w/ those nice big cleveland heads...then you'll make some power

    Are 84 351W head bolts torque-to-yield?

    No, they're not torque to yield. Only heads that are aluminum require torque to yield bolts.

    I was looking at the nitrous works system, which mounts a plate between the tb and erg to spray the air and fuel, as opposed to just tapping into the intake tube. Any of you guys used this? What about Zex, nos, or edelbrock? opinions appriciated

    I think your oil burning problem may be valve seals or valve stems. I had a similar problem on my DSS 306, when a valve stem broke and it would burn oil...

    Gas Gauge is off.....

    Id think itd be a problem with the sender. Youll prob have to take it out of the tank and check the resistance and full up, full down and check it across a sweep.

    I think your biggest problem is your 60". My bone stock w/ exhaust 91 gt ran a 2.1 60" with bald 245's out back. A correct launch will get you into the 12's

    Well, my motor is apart right now, because it had a busted valve guide, so the heads got all new valve guides pressed in, and i needed a new intake valve, but it should be back together this weekend, w/ my new cam...I'm not sure what the old one was, but it was small...I'm hoping for 320+ rwhp...
