    Convertable road noise

    I have a 05 vert. It has the factory Pirelli tires. I think it is very quiet inside. I had a 90 GT vert & 97 Cobra vert they were both pretty noisey. In my opinion the 05 is a huge improvement over prior generations.

    Great write up. I have a 69 coupe that I spent a small fortune on. I am sure I dumped way more into the car than its worth. But, I don't plan on selling it so its all relative.

    Grant Wheel install

    The Grant horn setup is not very good. Glad you got it working. I had the pony horn button fall off of my car once. It was parked and the horn was just blowing non-stop. I ended up making a bracket and modifing it.

    Is this worth it before I go back to Iraq?

    I have a 69 coupe that I've had for the last 25 yrs. Personally I love the look of the 69 front end. Take a flash light and check the shock towers real well, inside and out. I'd also check the torque box and front frame. I had tons of trouble with the front end on mine. Good luck, and be safe.
