    you have a faulty plug wire(s) or cap.. the water from the rain will cause the arcing wires to missfire, hence the smell of fuel, not burning, I have had no problems with msd, I have the full set up, coil, distributor,6al,cap,rotor. change the wires and run them away from exhaust best you can.

    okay, so I checked pins 40 and 60 to ground, it showd 0.00 and sometimes 0.01, on both wires, and then I checked pins 37 and 57 and both showed battery voltage. so that is good and bad at the same time right? I mean does this mean the ecu is bad? please more help, I am soo confused. thanks.

    uhh, okay, sorry for being a jackass ? anyways, what I meant by that was, it doesn't stop like it did with the drums, I could lock those up, and it stopped harder until lock up. "quicker" is that not so jackass? anywaz thanks for the help
