    I am not sure if the 99 m3 has the same enging as the 03, but a guy at are track runs a 03 and that thing is awsome. It is bone stock with a 6 speed. He turns 8.6 with 1.9 60ft times in the 1/8 mile.

    as soon as mine hits a little past the 6000 mark my rev limiter kicks in. I know that the factory tacs are off a little but 1000 rpms off. I highly doubt that.

    your syncros are going! going! gone! It is not that bad if you are mechanically inclined. If you can pull the tranny then you can take it to a shop and most of the time they will repair it for $250-350. If you can't pull the tranny then most shops will charge $300-500 to pull it for you.

    I have a black lighting and a black gt and Meguiars Gold Class works great on both. My gt in in need of a paint job, but after I put the Meguiars on it looks brand new. It provides a very deep mirror finish.

    31 spline axles and diff

    I have the eaton with moser 31 splines and 3.73 gears. I have had that set up for about 50,000 miles and haven't had any noise out of the rear end and it still lays down 2 nice strips of rubber. My car has probably been through the burnout box over 1000 times since I had the rear.

    If you take a 93 corvette and a 93 cobra and compare selling prices then you will see that a 93 cobra in good condition is very hard to find for und $14000. You can buy a 93 corvette for $10-12000 all day long.

    Well most people do gears first so I would be the exception to the norm. Once you reach a certain power level then all gears do is produce more wheel spin. My 60ft time with 3.08 were concistent 2.05. I have a hard time doing better than a 2.2 with the 3.73. I know if I put slicks on the car...
