    Cant get my damn trick flow intake off

    There is one more short bolt (or stud) in the center, below the upper intake. On a stock intake, it was a long bolt. Edit: On my TFS-R 5.8 intake there is a short one there anyway.

    Leave the seat and back, and just remove the seat belts and everything that goes with them.... that takes all but 5#'s out.

    Just get a T50 and alot of T20's (used extensively in the interior). I snapped the end of two T50's from GreatNeck clean off in the seat belt bolts.... Using a 3/8 ratchet! Make sure you get quality tools!!!

    Just look for E303 on the end. It WILL be there if it is one, unless it has the same pattern as a E303 and is just a diff. cam from another company.

    Piston swapping with out machining?

    As long as your tune was remotely close (IE no wash down or detonation) and the engine wasn't defective from the factory, you should be fine with just honing the block a little, as 5k miles isn't anything. Although I would have your rotating assembly rebalanced.

    I'm was running a 4.30 8.8 and a 4 banger t5 when my car was a 4cyl.... It was fun on the streets :D With 26" tall drag radials.

    The rotating assembly is all the parts inside the block such as the crank, rods, pistons, rings, and bearings. A shortblock is all of the above assembled inside a block and ready to go.

    Cut the cross bars out from behind the seat (save some weight lol) crawl back there, and take the lock out. A screw or two, and slide a plate and it comes out.

    What year was your FT engine? I have heard that XXX and YYY blocks came FT but were setup for roller also.

    XXX and YYY means they are roller blocks.... E7 is the block code for 1987. I think they used that block untill they stopped using the 302 though.

    Most people I know use the 4 banger cluster, only difference is that the rpms are doubled on the tach.

    You can use just the engine harness if it is from the correct year, and the 5.0 gauge cluster should work with the 4 banger harness.

    I just hit it really good with the impact gun. I also couldn't find specs for them.
