    no option car pretty much, my dad had a 1969 mercury cyclone w/ a drag option. It was a plain jane car with a 429 cj. NO radio, a/c, crappy seats, and lame paint and wheels. I guess a newer version of a drag pak would be like a gts...

    I've got really worked over e7's on my 347 in my capri... but I wouldnt go that route. If I did it all over again, I'd go with 185's or gt-40x.

    I have an '82 mercury capri that has a flamning river manual rack. But, I only race this car. I don't get out on the street with it very much. It's a 15:1 rack. If the car is moving its fine to steer, no problem. Stopped is when it is a pain sometimes. Not sure how much weight I saved. Didn't...

    Nice ranger man. Having a truck for a dd makes you appreciate having a mustang. I know it did for me. I don't think you'll to many problems getting that around in the snow. My f150 is 2wd and has the 4x4 suspenison... I haven't any trouble hear in michigan!(hell, I even race the thing) congrats...

    If your going to be on the street mostly, I'd leave the power steering. But, if you want the manual steering 15:1 or 20:1 sounds good. I'd get the flamning river ones.
