    hum, a very rough guess here: 700-800 for tubing, 3 vband kits, bungs 200 for the ebay kit 40 for flanges 100 for the muffler 140 in welding gas id say around 80 hours in fab/welding dont think im missing too much

    some pics of the waste gates mounted and welded in Started to run the rest of the exhaust in aluminum all the way back. here is a pic of the ss down pipe converting to alum.

    couple more pics, just got the bungs welded on, fabbed up the return tubes for the gates back to the down pipe, mounted the wastegates and started welded all that more to come hopefully soon

    Just a few more, finishing up the tubing, cold side is done, down pipe is done, need to route the wastegate piping back into the down pipe, modify the merge a bit and finish up the exhaust all the wat back in aluminum

    yes, their kits are really nice, but i just didnt feel like spending that kind of money, these headers are a copy of HP or HPPs old shorty turbo headers. Hellion uses stock manifolds, yes you can make good power with stock manifolds but if im building a car, to this extent, its gonna get headers...

    front is upr k member, upr a arms, upr coil overs with eibach springs, upr caster camber plates. rear is granatelli double adjustable lowers, upr uppers, eibach springs with strange 5 way adjustables. thanks guys
