    Headswap Labor Costs?

I don't have enough time to do it myself, and I've never done engine work before. I was going to have it done while I was away on active duty.

    Headswap Labor Costs?

I will need the cams installed also but the new springs are already installed. I don't think that price included the dynotune.

    Headswap Labor Costs?

I contacted Kennedy's dynotune in NY and they quoted 28hrs at $75 an hour ($2100 +tax) I will need cams installed, headers, xpipe, and headswap. What has everyone else seen? I was expecting about $700 total.

    JBA Midlengths vs Bassani Midlengths

Sweet, just what I wanted to hear. How did the sound of your exhaust change after the bassani x and headers. I'm hoping for louder but the same distinct borla sound. Don't want it too high pitched.

    JBA Midlengths vs Bassani Midlengths

Thanks all! I would prefer longtubes but my car is too low and I don't want to worry about scraping the ground. I will be headswaping so I figured it would be best to do headers at the same time. I heard a sound clip of the JBA setup and it sounded awesome but a $300 price difference may kill...

Nooooooooooooooooooo Don't pay that much. There has too be huge factory to dealer incentives because the new 05's are comming out. Find out what the dealer is getting for incentives, most won't tell, but some might or ask another dealer that you aren't working with. Then calculate invoice -...

    JBA Midlengths vs Bassani Midlengths

Who has which. I know the matching JBA pipe is an H and the bassani is an X. I haven't been hearing many good reviews about bassani lately and alot of problems with the x pipe. Any thoughts? Long tubes are out of the question because the car is too low (2.25 drop and I don't want to worry...

    Any rust with Bassani BX?

All BX stuff has Aluminized steel wherever they could fit it, that is why it is cheaper. A regular Bassani X pipe is SS, thus the price difference and the reason that only they have the lifetime warranty. They wanted a cheaper product to compete with BBK and MAC.

    Can't find any plastic CAI's

I'll post pics when I get the film back. Sewer? Better than that stock crap, but not as pretty as the metal CAI's, but I can't fry an egg on it either.

96-98 GT HELP ALL YEARS LOOK

except they are only 240 hp and have different cams. Anyhow, I will be doing the headswap in 1 month and have 67,000 and will get a dyno tune. If you are really concerned get dished pistons to lower the compression or have the heads worked to lower compression.
