    Hey guys - just wondering if anyone had gone the overdriving route instead of just getting the smaller blower pulley. By overdriving of course, I mean getting a larger crank pulley so everything spins faster. Helps to reduce slippage as well. It workes really well on the old 98 d1sc setup peace

    I had the bbk catted shorty H pipe on the 98 - loved the fit and quality. Not sure if they make one for the 03/04's yet though. peace

    Yep - what he said. I had tried both H and X on my 98 - and noticed the loss of torque from the X, and I feel the H had a much better muscle sound. Im sticking with H on the new 03 peace

    A CAI should not change your A/f ratio - its the MAF's job to keep the A/F consistant when more air is introduced. Most lean situations are probably caused by turbulence messing up the MAF's signal due to the 90 degree bend. An X-pipe may change your A/F though - not sure if it would be lean or...

    turbulence Thats why all the procharged cars end up going with the Univer MAF - because the turbulence is so great, it screws up the sampling on an normal MAF. The Univer samples 360degrees so its a dramatic improvement. peace

    boost is a measurement of restriction . If you got 2 more psi from exhaust - then you just added some major restriction. Yikes...Free-er flowing exhaust should reduce restrictions, which will reduce boost - but raise power.
