    Fried Computer maybe?

I went home on my lunch break and pulled the computer out of the car. I have another one from a mass air conversion kit so I hooked it up and still no fuel pump kicking in. Since the pump didn't kick in with the new computer, I'm ruling out the "fried computer" theory. Now starts the...

    Fried Computer maybe?

The seats are out of the car and I did look at it. It didn't look bad or smell funny and the car started fine before the battery incident.

    Fried Computer maybe?

I was hooking up my trunk mounted battery lastnight when my hand slipped off the wrench. Some how the wrench got stuck in between the aluminum box and mounting bolt sending sparks everywhere for about 20 seconds (please don't flame me). I'm lucky the battery didn't explode. Now the car turns...

    NR White Gauge Replacements

I experimented by pulling the needles off my old instrument panel. The problem I had with that was a couple of the needles would not go back on.

Lets see what you did with your door panels, if dyed, what did you use?

I purchased some custom door panels for my 87 hb off of ebay. A little costly but worth it to me. They're re-upholstered black with a char-chrome colored pony embroidered on them. I haven't installed them yet but when I do, I will post some pics.

    Battery Box in a hb

I've got the UPR box but haven't attempted installation yet. I was wondering if the inside quarter panel will interfer with the box at all. Right now I have the interior stripped out of the car due to restoration and thought I would ask before installing it this weekend.

    NR White Gauge Replacements

I just got my NR White Gauges in the mail. Now that I have them, I'm a little worried about ruining my needles when I take them off. Has anyone here switched to the NR white gauge covers and had any problems with installation/removing and re-installing the needles?

speed density to mass air conversion???'s

I purchased the mass air conversion kit from Ford Racing but have not installed it yet. The kit comes with an adapter so there's no splicing. Just plug and play. The instructions call for re-adjusting the fuel regulator and timing once installed. I need to replace my stock regulator with an...

So I'm standing behind my car today.....

I'm restoring an 87 5.0 hatchback automatic and the car is hardly driven. Today I fired it up and noticed light blue/grayish smoke seaping from the rear passenger side exhaust pipe. The smoke seems to seap out in spurts and then in larger puffs. I also noticed some condinsation dripping...

    Pictures of Antenna Shave Project

Nice job. This is something I plan on doing but I figured I would just fiberglass it since I'm pretty good with that stuff. If done right, fiberglass can be strong, durable and will last.

I can't belive I am asking this but.......

Or you could just lay down about $499 for a Zex dry nitrous kit which should take about 2-3hrs to install yourself. Your best advantage for gains at about 75-100 hp.
