    Good luck with tinting the headlights, the tint is just like window tint. Its essentially purple. Which makes it transparent. So if you put it on something clear like headlights, it will appear purple. But for the taillights, it'll appear black. Jeremy

    Shampoo Wash

    I wouldn't worry about using the shampoo. But dish washing soap will strip your wax off. The shampoo just has a soft cleaning agent in it that will clean your paint, but its not what its intended for. Go rob a kid of $5 and buy some car specific shampoo. Jeremy

    I have a set of fox covers right now but I need to get a baffle welded in it to stop oil splashing and burning off on the breather. So I figured I'd go ahead and get new valve covers. Ones that I can have a breather on both. Where can I find valve covers that will clear rr's that allow breathers...

    IAC restrictor plate installed!

    Got mine and installed it today. Fixed the in between shift hanging, but coming to a stop, it still seems to hang. But I only drove it for a block or two. I'm sure the computer will get used to it, plus i need to mech. adjust my idle lower too. Its at about 900 now. That could be causing it...

    Who in here is running 2.02/1.60 valves???

    That way you can bolt up the head and set one cylinder of valvetrain and check to see if it hits. If it doesn't then you know it you're good. If it does, then you know to do something about it, plus you didn't waste a head gasket. Thats the way I would do it too. Jeremy

    Well I'll know tomorrow if it runs ok or not. I just finished fixing a lower intake vacuum leak, so I'll fire it up tomorrow. I found gcomfx's thread with some info in it so if it doesn't run, the afpr is just bleeding off and I'll just put the stocker back on for now. Jeremy

    I just installed my old school paxton afpr and keyed it on to check pressure and it reached the pressure, but then I noticed it started bleeding off rather quickly. I'm new to adjustables so I dunno if thats normal, but with the stock, it would hit 38 and just sit there until over a long period...
