    I don't see how more air coming into an engine will hurt power, but make sure the plenum and TB are port-matched; if you bolt up a 75mm TB to a plenum with a 70mm opening, I think that would cause turbulence (and a bottleneck) and hurt power.     Go with a full-length plastic CAI with the filter mounted in the fender, like the Tuneable Induction. It looks nice, was easy to install, and seemed to increase HP/torque (at least as registered by my butt dyno).

    C&L Upper Intake Plenum??

    I installed the Dragon plenum/TB (75mm) on my brother's 03GT; it was very nice. We also put on the full-length CAI from Demolet (Tuneable Induction) at the same time; no dyno test, but nice SOTP gain. I'm selling them in the trader's section (my brother wrecked his car) if anyone's interested.

    It might just be a coincidence. That sounds exactly like what happened to mine when the IAC valve went bad; after a few weeks (?) I had to hold open the throttle for a while to keep it running. When I replaced it in late 03, the redesigned IAC was available.

    It looks like data from a single point in time; I think rpm's were at 2030, air temp. was 90 degrees F, and timing was 12.75 degrees BTDC. I'm not sure about the MAF or FRP readings except that MAF looks like a measurement of the velocity of a volume of air, MAF_V could be a voltage measurement...
