    BUT, when I plug the vacuum back into the AFPR and the fuel pressure drops about 6psi at idle, the fuel smell comes back.. I unplug the vacuum line to the AFPR and the fuel pressure goes to 46 and it idles better, and the gas smell goes away.. STRANGE !! you'd think it would smell more like...

    OK, simple update.. lifted the car another 1/2", and put on a MAC pinion snubber, fixed it up fine.. it had ground in 1/16" inch, and the wall thickness is 1/4" so I have a full 3/16 left.. nice to be able to floor the car again !! :D

    yeah, grinding away the e-brake holder.. with the small amount of material that is eaten out of my driveshaft my 3rd and 4th gear redline runs cause massive driveshaft vibration (it didn't do it just a month ago).. that's shows how fine a driveshaft needs to be balanced at those high spin...

    I swapped out LCA's with the suspension/motor change and they didn't help, its the stock uppers that allow the axle to go sideways.. I noticed that I don't grind when I bottom out, its the twisting of torque that lifts the driveshaft upward and sideways.. uppers seem to be my next...

    no, the AL driveshaft was like 33% larger in diameter (at least for me it was, haha).. but thanks, I guess I'll have to pioneer a solution to this, I can't believe a search doesn't bring back any hits, there has to be more people with this problem. :D

    if its always rich/always lean that O2 is shot, in my case I changed the right/left and that fixed my CE.. reset the KAM and see if that fuel pump comes back..

    I'd do that and a set of headers.. and maybe some nitto DR's, I've run them on the street now for 20,000 miles and they still have tread, NEVER again am I running a street radial out back !! hand that M3 its tail.. ;)
