    might wait and get the new 5.0 then, found a 2004 cobra today no mods, only 23,000 miles wants 22 for it, still around 10 grand less then new 5.0. i notice they have the same quarter mile times all stock, 5.0 a tick faster to 60mph. but its a convertible. gonna think about it.

    are the 03 and 04 cobras 4 valve like the new 5.0s? found a nice 03 cobra, has 65,000 miles, lotts of mods, claims 479 hp, on dyno, wants 18 for it, its a convertible , really looking for the coupe, drove a few 03 cobras then test drove the new 5.0 , the 5.0 seemed to have more low end power...

    here in seattle they have a black one , no leather or any major options, just a basic 6 speed, kind of like the old lx mustangs back then, they want 28,500 for it, wish i could go 6 speed but my back is bad shape need a auto. they have a loaded auto there but its like 38,000. i keep looking on...

    What would a dealership consider abuse?

    tell the dealer this, the 2011 5.0 i test drove showed 38 miles when i test drove it, but those 38 miles i bet were pretty hard. the dealer that went me drove it out the lott then we switched places, he made a remark saying you drive it as you like, found a on ramp to i-90 . its a auto tranny...

    on this other mustang site they are doing a new 2011 5.0 crate motor swap in to a 1990 mustang. they say about 7000 for the new crate motor. i might hold off my 347 crate motor for awhile.

    mustang and fast fords magazine tested these on a 347 crate motor, they made around 100hp over the stock heads, i might consider these heads on my soon to be 347 crate motor. any one use these heads?

    hey bill fisher, did you find a new one with the 3.73s or did you have to order it? the 1 i test drove had the 3.31s , ill bet they go much better with the 3.73s? iam hooked on buying 1 very soon, it is a awasume car for the money.

    just drove the v-6 stick 2011 mustang today, its a lott faster then my wifes 2009 accord v-6 271hp, MUCH. but i still will by the new 5.0.

    hey thanks so far, i need a auto, my back is bad, are the 6 speed manual trannys a bit faster? the 5 speed in the older 5.0s were a bit faster then the 4 speed auto. the new 5.0 i test drove was auto with 315 gears , it was plenty fast off the line.

    Just got my 2011 GT Premium

    you lucky dog, i drove one a couple of days ago, those things just haul butt, i drove 1 with the auto. and 315 gears, i got on it at 70 mph and it pinned us in the seat, just like off the line accelration, very pleased. now got to sell my 86gt. 1st. the 1 we drove sold today, they are a hot item...
