If you're referring to the external clips that have a tether on them to keep them from falling off, the part #'s are E7AZ-9A317-AA and E7AZ-9A317-BA.
These do have 2 different sizes as well, 9mm and 12.5mm.

I'd have to agree with 2nd post. Sounds like you didn't "burp" the cooling system properly and have since gotten a good amount of air trapped in the system. Follow the directions in the above mentioned post to relieve the system of any trapped air pockets.
Disconnect the fluid line as close to the pump as you can, have a buddy watch it while you try to get it to spray. From there you'll be able to determine if its a clog or the pump.
You might want to have a tranny guy take a look at it before you put it back in. I've heard of people not aligning the forks properly, and when they go to shift, it chews things up.....
If the car is a 92 or 93, then the clicking you heard is the fuel pump relay and eec relay resetting themselves. I'd borrow a buddies battery first to see if it fixes the problem.
