    Is there more than 1 temperature sensor? There might be one for the guage and one for the fan relay.

    Coat hanger with a small magnet taped to the end worked fine, but it took a little while to get 4 bolts and 4 washers. Didn't think about a bike rack. I guess that would be a good idea vs some kind of trunk mounted cattle catcher. Thanks for the ideas.

    +1 on school ! If it only has 120,000 miles then you're looking pretty good. If tires and brakes are good then exhaust is the most fun/noticable mod you can do on a budget. Not to mention exhaust is fun once you get it installed, LOL. Tint the windows, wax it up, and have fun.

    +3 on the leak. Thin wall "toobular" headers sound great, but if you have a leak anything sounds like crap. Take it back to the shop. I'll bet they left out a bolt that was hard to get to.

    "cut a acces hole that is ever nice from now on out to ever have service it again" That's interesting..... If all the lines are sealed up then it's most likely the purge valve or the pressure switch. They should be located by the firewall on the passenger side near the AC accumulator.
